Have you ever dealt with customer support? Yea, me too, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that customer support sucks. Well, with the recent release of EA’s COD-killer Battlefield 3, a horde of gamers have complained about the ineffective DLC codes that they’ve amassed from Dr. Pepper tie-ins.
