Alright, let’s dive into this folks.

As you know, Marvel Phase 4 is pushing forward on full steam.  Several shows and films are currently in production, which means the spoilers and leaks are going to be rolling in.  Well, here is the latest potential scoop that’s circulating online.

Someone managed to get on set of Falcon and The Winter Soldier recently and they spotted a villain from the very early days of the MCU.  Now, if you remember, the first Phase of Marvel Studios was occupied by a tiny collection of films: Iron Man 1, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, and The Avengers.

During that time, there were quite a few casting shakeups.  Terrence Howard was exchanged for Don Cheadle and Edward Norton was let go in favor of Mark Ruffalo.  And it’s always felt like, even though Kevin Feige doesn’t go out of his way to disassociate the current Marvel universe from those early days, he doesn’t go out of his way to integrate it into the current phase.

It’s often said that The Incredible Hulk feels like it’s been kicked out of ‘canon’, even though Thunderbolt Ross has repeatedly made appearances in the Avengers flicks.  Fans just get a sense that, due to the drama with Edward Norton, the characters set up in The Incredible Hulk, more so than any other films, are too confusing to integrate into the current MCU.

Well, not according to his leak.

Tim Roth, aka Emilk Blomsky ‘The Abomination’, is the villain in this potential leak.  He was supposedly spotted on set of Falcon and The Winter Soldier, alongside Baron Zemo.

Considering the fact that Thunderbolt Ross has been making the rounds in Marvel’s movies as the shadowy, government figure in the background, I think it’s safe to say that we’re definitely getting a Thunderbolts movie.

And that’s what this leak also purports.  The fifth Avengers movie will be most likely the Dark Avengers, also known as the Thunderbolts at times, which is a group of super villains and anti-heroes who are usually employed by the government to take care of problems that superheroes won’t touch.  Just imagine the Suicide Squad, but instead of a bunch of random characters that only comic book lovers actually care about, Marvel STudios is going to assemble an entire cast of who’s-who from their previous movies. And it would be so awesome!

So what do you guys think?  Are you psyched for more Abomination?  Do you want to see a Dark Avengers flick?  And as always, if you want a chace at that PS4, leave a comment down below.
