Dr. Doom Blows S*** Up in New Avengers: Battle For Earth Video

Villains are trying to take over the world… yet again. And the Avengers assemble their full might to stop them… yet again. Sounds pretty original right?

Well, that’s the tale of Marvel’s new video game Avengers: Battle For Earth, but that seemingly generic plot doesn’t make this new cinematic trailer any less awesome. Featuring all of our favorite Marvel heroes in a war against a magnetism powered mutants, the misunderstood Latverian Doctor Doom, and a host of invading Skrulls, this game is destined for the Nerdgasm Hall of Fame.

We still haven’t seen any gameplay clips, which is worrisome (though we managed to find some screenshots), but there’s almost no way Marvel could mess this up.
