JAPANESE TRAILER FOR “BATTLESHIP”

Japanese trailers just keep on rolling in, and for some reason they’re only from movies starring Taylor Kitsch. Coincidence? I sense a studio-wide conspiracy…looks like they’re trying to force another artificial action star down our throats. Sam Worthington might have some competition!!!

But, let’s put my cynicism aside for a moment. Check out this trailer for the upcoming Michael Bay-esque robot thriller Battleship:

So what’d you guys think? It has a bit too much of a Transformers vibe for me. Hopefully it does well, despite Liam Neeson’s horrible American accent. Seriously, am I the only one that notices how ‘growl’-like it is?
