Geek Fuel Review February 2016

GEEK FUEL is a monthly comic con in a box subscription service that will run you $23.90 a month with shipping included.  If you order multiple boxes at once though you will be hooked up with various discounts and bonuses. IsFebruary’s worth your cash?  Yes I have to just say yes this time.

Presentation is everything, well not everything but a great deal.  This DEADPOOL t-shirt is wrapped like a Chimichanga.  The shirt is funny it was fun unwrapping it, the movie is funny.  It is that simple.

Smaller items this month include an ELLIOT QUEST  downloadable code from Steam as well as a puzzle tin filled with sour candy.  The presentation this month is just killer.  A high quality  Geek Fuel magnet and either a DEADPOOL pin, bottle opener or key chain is also included.  I got the keychain, and it is damn good quality.

This Shiny Winter Hat from Ma Cobb is just perfect.  I have never seen this FIREFLY item for below $25.00 before and that is above the price of this whole box. Score.  Each month Geek Fuel has a cool contest for subscribers this month’s was a chance to win so much cool FIREFLY stuff.

Lastly we have Retro Magazine with a variant cover.  While I don’t care about variants, this issue is dedicated to old school games (of which I play regularly) with a focus on FPS and Star Wars.  This was written for the demographic that is me.

So was this month’s Geek Fuel worth your money?  This month I just have to say, yeah it was.  At $23.90 Geek Fuel is cheaper than the other subscription boxes by seven to seventeen dollars on average, and came with Jane‘s hat. (He’s gonna be pissed) With a full magazine amazing an timely shirt and the Jane hat this month will be pretty tough to beat in the future.
