Ben Affleck’s Leaked BRUCE WAYNE Pic Looks Like Every Other White Guy In a Suit

We’ve all seen Ben Affleck’s bulging old-man-muscles in the new Batsuit (and if you haven’t, here’s a convenient link to the future Batman) but now we’ve finally go our rotten little mits on a proper Bruce Wayne photo. Much to my surprise, Affleck doesn’t look too dissimilar from his ordinary self. Nice buttoned-up shirt, a non-ironic tie, and about 48″ of inseam… is he Bruce Wayne in real life!?!?!?

That video I’ve embed is a slideshow for the first minute or so, but it soon turns into some rolling footage from the set. You’ll notice director Zack Snyder’s talking to Ben Affleck in some of these pics, no doubt discussing the particulars of Bruce Wayne’s daily habits. A few quirks here, some gruff mannerisms there… all in a day’s work, for middle-aged Master Wayne.

After the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice teaser leaked from SDCC, my appetite is absolutely whet for this flick. A fully armored Dark Knight trading blows with a pugilistic Superman? Sh*t’s gonna be epic. Although, after James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy, the world of superhero movies might finally shift towards colorful action comedy, instead of the realism-heavy tropes of Nolan’s era. Snyder typically embraces classic comic book traits, going as far as to perfectly adapt the campy colorful costumes from Watchmen. Who knows? Batman V Superman might be a more traditional affair than Man of Steel‘s brooding drama, which set the tone for DC’s Cinematic Universe..
