AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON Heads to South Korea 안녕하세요 한국인

Avengers Age of Ultron

With Avengers: Age of Ultron already having jetted off to exotic locations like Johannesburg and Surrey, United Kingdom (where the British weather is currently battling the Avengers), it’s pretty obvious that Joss Whedon’s sequel will feature a healthy dose of globe-trotting. And to add to those locations, Marvel have confirmed that filming for the sequel will also take place in South Korea. And no, I won’t be making any Gangnam Style jokes.

The Korea-based filming for the sequel, which will also travel to Valle d’Aosta in Italy, will take place in Seoul, the capital, later this year, where ‘key elements’ of the plot will be shot. Quite what those elements will be – we don’t know yet, but it’s reasonably obvious to assume that there won’t be any Gangnam Style re-makes starring the Hulk. Yeah, I lied about the Gangnam Style jokes.

Avengers: Age of Ultron hits cinemas on 1st May 2015 and stars Robert Downey Jr, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, James Spader, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Jeremy Renner.
