Wolverine Speaketh: Ben Affleck Will “CRUSH IT” As Batman

If there is one person on this earth we should trust, it should be the man who fought in every major war, can’t be hurt, drinks whisky, and has a bad temper. If you haven’t figured it out, I am of course talking about Wolverine from the X-Men. Now I know being a fan boy, I sometimes get reality and fantasy mixed up, so I know that Wolverine isn’t going around saying “Hey bub, Ben will crush it”. However, the famous actor, Hugh Jackman, known for playing that lovable mutant Wolverine, did speak about Ben Affleck as the Caped Crusader in Batman vs Superman. In a recent interview conducted by MTV, Jackman had this to say:

“I think Ben is a great actor. I think he’s been underrated for a long time. He’s obviously a great director. He’s a very smart guy. That guy doesn’t make decisions that aren’t well thought out, that aren’t great. I know him a little bit and I know he’s going to relish the opportunity to go and crush it. I have no doubt he’s going to crush it.”

Now with all the haters out there giving Aflleck a hard time with Batman, Hugh Jackman responded with a rather witty remark:

“He’s a Boston kid, right? He’s a tough guy. I think probably deep down he doesn’t mind taking on something that’s a little controversial.”
