Tony Stark Hurtles Towards Earth in Latest IRON MAN 3 Poster

IRON MAN 3 is shaping up to be a sobering affair for the usually bratty Tony Stark. His home is under attack, his favorite ginger Pepper Potts is placed in harm’s way, and he has no Green Skinned buddies to provide back up.

It doesn’t get much worse than that.

Although, it does seem a bit peculiar that the previous film followed a similarly desperate character arc for Tony (remember that weird, life threatening health debacle?). But with the fickle fanboy masses and their utter disregard for that flick, I don’t think the similarities will pose a problem.

I’m personally a fan of the posters, but I know a few people who have tired of the “sparks and dust” tactic that Hollywood’s employed in their promotional material.  Shit looks cool, though.

By the way, where’s Hulk when you need him?
