SPACE JOCKEY MAKES FIRST CONTACT IN “PROMETHEUS”

We’ve unearthed a new round of behind-the-scenes photos from the set of Ridley Scott’s Alien prequel, Prometheus, and diehard fans of the series should be excited. The pics showcase the famed Space Jockey throne…You know, the seat of that weird statue-like being from the first film. Check it out below:

While we’re still not sure if these creatures will make a definitive appearance in the film, I’m willing to wager that they’ll have some type of minor role. It’s a prequel…Ridley Scott has to explain everything, right? As long as I don’t hear about midi-chlorians or Gungans, Prometheus stands a chance at being one of the best sci-fi prequels in a long time…and perhaps the best ever.
