Japanese IRON MAN: RISE OF TECHNOVORE Trailer Shows Off Action, Villain

With Iron Man 3 set to hit theaters this May, I guess Japan also wants to get in on the action, so we’re also getting the Iron Man: Rise of Technovore anime DVD film. Iron Man fans must be ecstatic! Anyways, a new trailer for Rise of Technovore has been released, and we finally get our first look at the antagonist(s). Technovore and Ezekiel Stane are set to be the villains, but in the trailer, I actually couldn’t tell who was who. You’ll see what I meanwhen you watch the trailer.

Meanwhile, the Japanese voice cast has also been released for the film, and for fans who plan to watch this film subbed, you’ll be happy to know that this film is getting an all-star voice cast!

Tony Stark: Keiji Fujiwara (Holland in Eureka Seven, Maes Hughes in Fullmetal Alchemist), reprising his role from the Iron Man anime series.

Pepper Potts: Hiroe Oka, also reprising her role from Iron Man.

James Rhodes: Hiroki Yasumoto (Chad in Bleach, Colonel in Rockman EXE.)

Ezekiel Stane: Miyu Irino (Li in Tsubasa, Sena in Eyeshield 21, Sora in Kingdom Hearts)

Nick Fury: Hideaki Tezuka (A in Naruto, Tom in Heroman)

Hawkeye: Shuuhei Sakaguchi  (Jugo in Naruto)

Black Widow: Miyuki Sawashiro (Cammy in Street Fighter, Kurapika in Hunter x Hunter)

Punisher: Tessho Genda (Optimus Prime in Transformers, Younger Toguro in YuYu Hakusho, and the Nine-Tailed Fox in Naruto)

Iron Man: Rise of Technovore is being released on DVD and Blu-Ray on April 16th in North America, and April 24th in Japan. I’ll be buying it, but will you?
