Is This A Preview For The Next The Dark Knight Rises Poster?

A user at the SHH! forums has posted this supposed preview of the next poster for The Dark Knight Rises, which features Batman in a strange position in an apocalyptic setting, and the tone is similar to that of the first poster. Unfortunately, at the minute Firefox is refusing to let me on to the forums (nor is any other browser), so I can’t check any other information.
