Check out the IRON MAN 3 Super Bowl Ad and an Extended Version

It’s no surprise that the most anticipated Super Bowl Ad would be Iron Man 3. Other than Man of Steel, the Robert Downey Jr.  film is the only superhero flick on anyone’s radar. The trailer that released not too long ago helped matters. Now, check out this just slightly underwhelming but still nonetheless interesting TV spot.

Pretty intense stuff. But what about the story? The villain? I’m guessing due to the time frame, they couldn’t air this far superior version, check it out below.

Now we’re talking. I actually don’t think it was better than the Star Trek ad, but still solid nonetheless. (Is it me, or does the Iron Patriot armor look really cheesy?)

Iron Man returns to theaters on May 3rd.
