Bruce Willis and Storm Shadow Take Center Stage in International G.I. JOE: RETALIATION Trailer and TV Spot

G.I. JOE: RETALIATION is coming out next month (after last year’s gigantic delay).  Whether or not it’s done a good job with promoting is up to you, but after what director Jon M. Chu had to say on it, my faith in it has been somewhat restored. Still, in my opinion the only thing all these TV spots have been doing is just proudly showcasing the Rock and Bruce Willis with little to no sign of the film’s own antagonist. In these latest trailers, we get a good dose of Storm Shadow…but again no sign of the Commander. Check them out below.

Paramount must be really proud of that scene of Willis firing a machine gun, it’s been in almost every single trailer and spot.

A follow-up to the 2009 release G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, which grossed more than $300 million worldwide, Paramount Pictures, MGM and Skydance Productions, in association with Hasbro and di Bonaventura Pictures, presents G.I. Joe: Retaliation. In this sequel, the G.I. Joes are not only fighting their mortal enemy, Cobra, they are forced to contend with threats from within the government that jeopardize their very existence.

The Joes retaliate on March 29th.
