BEHOLD! An AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 Billboard arrives!

IT’s been awhile since there’s been anything noteworthy from the latest big screen adaptation of everyone’s favorite wall-crawling menace but, today over at the Sony Pictures lot, a billboard swung into action.

The official plot synopsis:

In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) finds life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone),high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

I know it’s not much to go on, but I can’t contain my excitement for this movie.  I know there’s been a lot of hate for quite a few elements therein, the casting choices for the villains but I am just jazzed to see Peter Parker again.  Maybe it’s because in the comics we’ve been dealing with the dark reign of the Superior Spider-Man, but it’s nice to see the true webslinger again.
