ATTACK OF THE CLONES And REVENGE OF THE SITH 3D To Be Released A Month Apart

Remember The Phantom Menace was re-released in 3D back in February? Yeah we don’t like to. Anyway, @EricIGN has confirmed that the 3D re-release dates for Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith are September 20, 2013 and October 11, 2013, nearly a month a part. The news was announced at the annual Star Wars Celebration event, where they also showed off some 3D footage of the next two prequels. Unfortunately making things pop out of the screen in these movies won’t make them any better.

It’s odd, considering previously it was said the plan was to re-release one movie per year. I’m sure this won’t be very good for the box office of both films however. Will you race to catch both these movies in the cinema? Sound off below.

Maybe Revenge of the Sith I’ll go see, but I went to Phantom Menace 3D with a friend. Even the 3D was lousy.

Well, no one says you have to go see them if you don’t want to, right? That will just mean an available seat for a real Star Wars fan. :P
