All Hail the Mosquito!!! JURASSIC PARK 4 Teaser Poster

Toss your worry and doubt out the window dinosaur fans, because we’ve finally received our first bit of goodies from JURASSIC PARK 4. This project’s has been through the wash a few times, surviving a series of cancel/revive/cancel again, but it looks like the film is finally hitting the tarmac.

How do we know, you ask? Well, besides the few bits of studio rumor and press releases, we’ve just nabbed this promotional teaser poster from our buddies at CBM, who received it from the pros at Ambien Entertainment.  Here’s what their source said:

“A friend of mine works for Amblin Entertainment, and he told me that a teaser poster will be released soon for the 2015 blockbuster, Jurassic Park IV. I didn’t believed him, so he just sent me a picture from the poster, without any comment. It seems valid, but I don’t know for sure. I think it will come to light soon!”

If you remember the first Jurassic Park bits (all of the film… not only Jeff Goldblum’s bizarre, cackle-chuckle), then you’ll recall that the Dinosaur baddies were created by splicing DNA preserved in amber embalmed mosquitos with that of present day amphibians. With plot specifics on the mum, and rumors of a reboot circulating the geeky news sites, I wonder if they’ll return JP to its roots in a completely retconned relaunch. Or, if not that route, perhaps they’ll begin the entire story anew in a tangental story arc, similar to what Ridley Scott accomplished with Prometheus.
