A Huge GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Easter Egg Has Not Yet Been Found

Guardians of the Galaxy was one of the biggest box office hits when it came out in theaters with a sequel currently underway. Fans dazzled in the new movie as they probably scrutinized the movie just as they do with any of these movies, trying to see what was different and what wasn’t, what worked and what didn’t.  Easter Eggs were quickly noticed in the GOTG film and it seems that after a year that the film was released to the public there were a total of 15 Easter Eggs found.

Writer/Director James Gunn hid quite a lot Easter Eggs into the Guardians of the Galaxy movie, which audience have seemed to have found with what seemed like no problem, well, all except one that is. Unfortunately the last Easter Egg seems to be a  really big one that nobody has been able to find as of now. According to Gunn that is:

“They have not all been found. No one has found the big one, really. Maybe once someone came close.”

When asked if he would be able to give them a clue, his response shows that he is not giving up on his Marvel audience to find the answer, knowing they would be able to catch the last and final Easter Egg just like so many others have been located.

“No, I’m not giving any of you a clue on where the final Easter egg is in #GotG I AM READY PLAYER ONE BUT NO MONEY OR NOTHIN.”

There have been various confirmed Easter Eggs; one of the slugs on display was from Gunn’s horror film Slither and Adam Warlock’s cocoon can be seen in the Collector’s Gallery, and the Milano, Star-Lord’s ship, was based on his childhood crush Alyssa Milano.

There has not been any new updates or theories on what it could be which gives the fans more time to look. I would hurry up and try to re-watch the movies seeing if you would be able to possibly be the one to crack the last and final Easter Egg hunt which everyone can’t seem to find. Who knows if the Marvel fans will be able to find it, or if we will find it at all. Will James Gunn give mercy on us and actually tell us? Will we be able to crack the last Easter Egg before Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is released? Well, you have until May 5, 2017 to figure it out.
