Official Description:

“The solicitation text for this issue of ZERO has been censored by the Agency. There is nothing to see here.”

This issue is something that I have been looking forward to for a long time because of how awesome this series is. However, I have to say it’s a tad slow for my taste but it works out well. You will understand stand what I mean, when you read it. So when we last left our “hero”, he was badly hurt and now he is recuperating which is why they have to have a slow issue. However, it allows for some neat dialogue between the insularly characters. It helps bring some of the other characters the lime light which is much needed. There is a download (4)dialogue between Zero’s handler, and Sara Cooke. The dynamics that are seen between the two is something that is well written and well needed. I really enjoy it.  I have always liked these two characters and exploring their relationship is very enlightening. I think the development of Cooke shows a side that we haven’t seen and will become important later on, or at least I think that it will. Overall, great issue.

The writing is good even for a slow issue. It is a very dialogue driven issue, which is something that is good once in a while. It wouldn’t be something, that I would like to see each issue but this issue works considering the circumstances.

The art matches the slowness and reserve of this issue. I mean , it’s not hard but the facial and emotional recognition is there and you feel what the characters are saying. It works well.

Overall, I give it a four out of five.
