V-Wars #6 Review

The war is getting worse and the new world may not have a chance with the new revelation in this newest issue in V-Wars. It is scary. Read on to find out more.

Big Dog and V-8 are the top gunslingers in the escalating battle with vampire terrorists. But the hunt for a new and intensely brutal species of bloodsucker puts them in the crosshairs of the world’s most dangerous special operative: Joe Ledger. NY Times bestseller Jonathan Maberry brings the hero of his internationally popular series of weird science thrillers into the thick of the hunt!

So this issue kind of jumps off a new point in the series from the last issue STK650916and creates the start of the new arc. I am sure that it will tie into. We deal with this team that are incorporated into a murder and they figure out that there is a new breed of Vampire that is coming forth. It is a very unnerving. The issue continues with the group trying to figure out what is this vampire and how do they stop it. However, there is a big reveal in the end that makes this comic shine. It, also, makes you wonder where this is going, which is great and very interesting.

Jonathan Maberry does a great job of writing us into this world because it is vast and scary but we get the focus and allows us to really get into the characters. I was worried because I thought there wasn’t a way to give us a whole bunch of characters without running too fast, and he does a great job.

Marco Turini is a great artist that makes the vivid world come to life and creates awesome landscapes for the world. There are different settings in this issue and he spends the time to bring us into this world.

V-Wars #6 is a great start to a scary arc.
