I have to say I’m digging the new threads, but it does remind that the House of Ideas is continually revamping costumes to make them look similar to their big screen counterparts.

Case and point:

As far as I’m concerned, give me the post-Annihilation: Conquest Star-Lord any day of the week.  You know the one that stood with Richard Rider against the horrors and terrors that were just itching to rip into our galaxy?

But I digress, this is after all a Marvel NOW! Peter Quill that’s aiming to reach a much wider audience.

So I get it.

But, at least he’ll be there.

So what say you my fellow fanboys and fangirls?  Do you approve of the change or is this simply a waste of creative energy?  Are you more or less inclined to pick this up come May?
