SPOILERS*

Here we are again, with another exciting issue of Brain Boy. This issue concludes the story line of Psy VS Psy, and let me tell you there is some good stuff in this issue. I am Brain Boy #3going to spoil the ending but luckily I have put spoiler and I am saying it again. SPOILERS. Brain Boy wins the overall fight against the other telepath but it is not the way that you would think of. He doesn’t go out in the blaze of glory and destroy him. In fact, it’s nothing like that at all. It is actually, a suicide. It is very emotional and very touching because as the evil telepath is falling he transports his memories into Brain Boy causing him to see in to his rein. It is very touching and sad. Also, just like a Marvel movie ending, there is a hint at something greater in the end.

Fred Van Lente is doing an amazing job with this series. It does an amazing job telling a story especially this ark of the story. I really enjoy the whole realism that Van Lente brings to the character of Matt or Brain Boy. There is a depth to him that makes him feel real and relatable and that is an amazing thing.

The art is fantastic. Silva does an awesome job of bringing the idea of telepaths to life. It isn’t easy to portray something that happens in the mind but Silva does so with ease. From panel to panel, you will enjoy reading and watching the book come to life.

Overall, this series gets better and better. I hope that it keeps up with everything that it is doing. I give it a five out of five.
