Alice Cooper #4 Review

Alice Cooper is finally free from his bonds but will he be able to stay free? Will he become the king that he has wanted to be? Read on to find out more.

Written by Joe Harris. Art by Eman Casallos. Cover by David Mack. Alice Cooper has broken free from his bondage and worked hard to reconsolidate his power. But when the Nightmares in his realm begin following a new Lord who walks among them, can an old rock n’ roller survive? Over-the-top shock and worst nightmares collide in the penultimate chapter of our first arc!

Alice Cooper has become a neat character with an interesting story because it is a very surreal comic book. It STK657927seems to take real life look at Alice and mix with a fantasty. It’s like a biography but not really. In this issue, we see Alice finally get his freedom, which is nice because, for the most part, we have someone that has been stuck. However, when he is freed, he expects to be the leader that he has been but someone is challenging his athority. It does seem that some of this comic may be based on truth. I might be reading too much into it but it seems very relatable with a new person taking over the scene while the older on wants to be relevant.

Joe Harris knows his rock stars, which is a neat and fantastic part of this comic. It has some the mannerisms and ideas that we have come to love from Alice Cooper. It doesn’t stray or get too far from realness. It is cool.

Eman Cassallos is a real neat artist. He mxes the fantasy and reality so well that it can be hard to figure out, which one is the real one. It is a cool and sleek style to the comic.

Alice Cooper is a fun comic with some neat moments in it.
