4 New “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance” Promo Posters

Check out these 4 new promo posters for Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. The artwork was released earlier today, and come to us courtesy of SuperHeroHype.com. Personally, I like the fact that they’re taking an alternative approach to the marketing, but a couple of these are somewhat tacky. I definitely like the red and black one. This movie seems to be shaping up to be worth watching, which is surprising considering the mishandling of the first. But I imagine the studio learned from those mistakes. Right? What say you?

Set several years after the first film finds Johnny Blaze in self-imposed exile from the world. Blaze has become a tormented soul, convinced that his powers are a curse. Former stuntman Blaze is then approached by Moreau, a member of the monastic order of Michael, the warrior angel. Moreau seeks a protector for a mother and son duo who are being pursued by a figure named Roarke – a fellow with a detailed knowledge of the Ghost Rider and his different identities over the centuries.

As implied by the posters, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is slated to hit theaters on February 17, 2012. Will you be there?
