KILLER FROST and ARES Duke it Out in New INJUSTICE Gameplay Trailer

Injustice: Gods Among Us will finally be available for purchase in just a few days, but DC isn’t stopping the promotion just yet. Via IGN, they have released a new gameplay trailer featuring the two latest additions to the impressive roster: the icy Killer Frost, and the Gof of war, Ares. In the trailer, both villains are fighting each other in brutal but fun-to-watch fashion.

The trailer is pretty cool, and we get to see both of their finishing attacks. To be totally honest, I could care less about Killer Frost, who I find to be a boring character. Her move-set isn’t so bad, though.

For me, Ares is more of a highlight. He is more my speed, I guess, although with that said, I’m not sure if the game needs another power-type villain. After all, we already have Solomon Grundy and Doomsday. And for those saying that Ares should pawn Frost, remember this: Ares’ power runs on war, and in this game’s plot, Superman and Wonder Woman have ended all war. In turn, this makes Ares weaker then usual.

Injustice: Gods Among Us will be released on April 16 (this Tuesday!) for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U home consoles. The gameplay is being developed by NetherRealm Studios (Mortal Kombat). DC Comics is also publishing a comic tie-in. Well, fans. The day is almost here. If you consider yourself a DC fan, I suggest that you buy this game, and then play the heck out of it.
