FIRST LOOK AT DRAGON AGE ANIME

EA is trying to milk the Dragon Age series for ever last drop of money making magic. Their newest endeavor, a Dragon Age anime, licenses the property to the animation studio behind Japanese cult-classic Vexille. That fact alone gives me high hopes for this adaptation, but I’m still not convinced everything will turn out alright. Check out the clip below for a sneak preview:

While all of this bodes well for the possibility of a DA anime, I’m still not sure whether this constitutes “selling out” or an honest attempt to give the fans what they want. With no fixed release date, I think we’ll have to wait a while before we figure out which one’s right.
