HELL ON WHEELS GETS SECOND SEASON

This might not be the most relevant news of the day, but it’s pretty exciting for an AMC fan like me. It looks like the new series Hell on Wheels will be returning for a second season after this year’s run. The show opened to an astounding 4 million viewers, but has since dropped to a weekly average just over 2 million. Check it out in the preview below:

Despite the tumble in ratings, Wheels is destined to be a staple in AMC’s lineup for years to come. It’s a particular favorite of mine, especially with the absence of Walking Dead. I can even look past the mediocre acting of rap artist Common, which is a sign that the series is a serious contender.
