Don’t Worry, LANDO is Coming to REBELS

Color me ecstatic but another veteran from a galaxy far, far away is making their small screen debut courtesy of Star Wars Rebels. The eleventh episode of the season will see Lando Calrissian as played by Billy Dee Williams himself.

I know the road hasn’t been entirely bright for the latest CG iteration of the famed science fiction and fantasy franchise but for my money I’ve been jazzed about it since it kicked off on Disney XD. But let’s take a moment to commune with the Force so that we may yet understand the awesomeness of this announcement.

Apparently in “Idiot’s Array” Zeb will lose his droid Chopper in a game of Sabacc against one certainly recognizable and absolutely smooth talking gambler. Now let’s be honest, who’s not excited to see this?

But my fellow fanboys and fangirls have you been a supporter for the show? Or is it not doing it for ya? More importantly, and be honest, in a fight with other space scoundrels who do you prefer: Han Solo or Lando Calrissian?
