What if ANAKIN SKYWALKER Was A Stay-at-Home Dad?

We’re all accustomed to Darth Vader’s youngling murdering habits, but what if he was a big, lovable sweetheart instead? Imagine if the Emperor didn’t get his gross, old man hands on Anakin, and the emo Jedi was able to live out the rest of his days in peace. Well, artist Renata Castellani recreated the whole Skywalker clan sans Ani’s epic meltdown, and the results are ridiculously cute, in that oh so “long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away” kind of way.

Pretty damn cute, right? Had this level of fan art existed in the 70’s, I imagine that the family would be depicted in camping scenes or impromptu games of backyard baseball, but since we’re a generation of man children, Anakin reflects that (PSP for life!).

By the way, is it bad that I want to name my kid after Darth Vader in hopes that he becomes a badass Jedi?  What?  Don’t give me that look… anything’s possible!
