The Avengers Game that Never Was

A few months ago, Marvel halted production on a THQ tie-in game for The Avengers. Since then, no new games have been announced and we’ve yet to get our hands on any leaked footage. Our suspicion is that Marvel has just called it quits on the whole ordeal. But in case you were looking forward to a console version of “Earth’s Mightiest”, check out this clip below…

In my opinion, it looks like a mixture of Left 4 Dead and the infinitely horrible Iron Man tie-in games. What’d you guys think? Would you have bought this? Or are you glad that Marvel cancelled this Avengers game?
