New X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Stills Featuring Both Magnetos

Time travel is a complicated business – just ask anyone who’s watched Doctor Who. Not only does it create the possibility for plot holes the size of Belgium, but it also leaves the slightly worrying chance that there’s two versions of you wandering around at the same time. In X-Men: Days of Future Past, we’ll be seeing two versions of both Professor X (James McAvoy and Patrick Stewart), Magneto (Michael Fassbender and Ian McKellen), and Wolverine (Hugh Jackman and Hugh Jackman with five more grey hairs).

So, to show off some of the time-travel shenanigans we’ll be seeing, Fox have released some lovely new stills from the somethingquel (seriously, what are we meant to call this?) showing characters from both past and future. At the same time. On top of these stills, there’s also two new promo pics, showing off Magneto (past) and Magneto (present), in full superantihero gear.

Now, if only this stills lead to a new trailer… That would be nice, wouldn’t it?

X-Men: Days of Future Past hits cinemas on 24th May and stars every single actor currently working in Hollywood today.
