Brand New Clip From The Avengers Featuring Fury and Maria Hill

Three weeks, people!!! That all the time we have until The Avengers finally hits theatres, but if you can’t wait until then, check out this brand new clip featuring Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury and the sharp-witted agent Maria Hill.

Tesseract, you say? This scene must be taken from Loki’s escape, when he manages to get his hands on that glorious little box known as the Cosmic Cube. Or… maybe not. After all, we’ve yet to see a credible storyline, so there’s no real way to tell from which part of the movie this scene is taken.

I must say, though, the tone of the film seems a bit “meh”, right along the lighter fare of Captain America and Thor. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but I wish Marvel would return to the more serious, desperate vision of their universe that they had in the Iron Man films.
