The Witcher #4 Review

Geralt has been take into this house of horrors and it doesn’t get better from here. Read on to find out more.

Geralt struggles to maintain his sanity as he is forced to endure the House of Glass’s unrelenting torment! He soon finds himself questioning Jakob’s true motivation and is faced with a dark new omen!

So this series is very dark and a little twisted which is right up my alley 24216way because I love horror comics and that is exactly what this has been turning into. This newest entry is just as fantastic. We have Geralt that has been taken into the House of Glass and he is being tormented and tortured to a point that I am not sure that he will make it but then the series would be over. I feel like that it almost is too much because this is a lot of torment in this issue but in a way that is over board so it’s not bad but a tad over board. Then you see that Jakob is not a good as you thing and his true motivations are kind of hinted at but you will have to read it to see those things and especially because something, kind of, big is revealed that you see.

The writing is good for this issue but it does move kind of slow. The reveals are not great and they don’t exactly move the story to the pace that I would like. However, Geralt is a fantastic character who has dealt with a lot and I really like his development.

The art is good for what it is depicting. The dark tone is really seen in this issue and it works great for this issue.

The Witcher is dark and awesome but moves really slow.
