Before I get into it, I would like to say that this issue is fantastic and ORIGSIN2014002-DC21-dbcdethat it does a great job of putting my fears to rest about this event. The issue starts with the whole superhero world searching for whoever has killed the Watcher. Now they do find out some big things, but I dont want to spoil too much. One big thing that is figured out, is who is behind the big murder (supposedly) and a little confusion that I think that you will understand, when you read it.

Jason Aaron does a great job at creating a story with twists and turns while, also, revealing more and more that allows for the story to move forward. Each panel feels planned exactly how he wants it and how the story will progress, which is just fantastic. My little fanboy heart is racing at how good this issue was. It gave me goosebumps. My one problem with the issue is that it moves too fast. It jumps quickly and feels a little choppy with the connections. But, I will say, this issue was just fantastic.

The art was just as good and works well with writing. The choice of colors for the backgrounds and the hero’s is awesome. and the foreshadowing portrayed with the darkened colors is just really great, I can’t say enough about this awesome story.

Original Sin is shaping up to be a masterpiece, well worth reading.
