Halo: Escalation #4 Review

The UNSC Infinity is ambushed by an unexpected enemy while on a mission to rescue a damaged civilian freighter. Across the galaxy, an undercover Lasky enlists the help of an old friend in rooting out a spy inside the UNSC.

I think it’s safe to say that this week is the week for mystery and betrayal in comic books. I am not sure why there is the trend right now but this is the case and I have had a blast dealing with the great mysteries. This issue is just right there with the others that I have reviewed. So our ship is being attacked by an enemy that is fantastic, you will be very surprised about who is doing it because of the way that it is done and who it is. It seems that the writers are going to throw us threw a loop for quite a bit. It is a connection that you will deal with and enjoy. Then, Lasky, is being very sneaky. It is very interesting because of the way that it is done and the friend that Lasky asks for help with surprise and intrigue you. However, who is the spy, adds even more to the arch. Will it be reveal or not is something you will have see. I have one complaint. I am not sure if they can get all the things figured out without resolving things to quickly. However, we will have to see. The writers will have to be able to do alot and they will probley prove me wrong, it is just a thought I have been having. However, the art is so cool. There is some great action spots and some neat scenes that are really worth seeing.

Halo: Escalation #4 is a great issue with mystery that drives the story, but can it keep it all straight.
