Danger Girl #2 The Chase

Danger Girl Banner

Do you like badass girls kicking butt?  Then continue reading.

“The chase is on, and at an ever-increasing breakneck pace!

Continuing their frantic (and we do mean Frantic) quest to capture a mysterious briefcase, Abbey, Sydney and Sonya use any and all means available as they pursue this mysterious package to the four corners of the Earth and back!”

Well, the girls are back in action and this time they are trying to find this mysterious suitcase. This particular issue is very action STK620402.jpg.size-285_maxheight-285_square-truepacked and they are even cooler than ever. This particular issue is so quick and fast that you will not be able to put it down. It’s that good. The girls do some pretty cool things trying to get this case back and then, at the end, a twist comes that doesn’t give the girls any room for a break. It is something that works for this particular issue and series. It really gives the feeling of the title.

The particular issue is great. The writing is so quick and fluent that you feel that your actually on  a chase, which is something that I want when reading a comic titled The Chase. Andy Hartnell knows what his readers want when it comes to the Danger Girl series and this is issue does some great things. Everything works.

Again, I have to say that this artist and writer work well together because they understand what is going when it comes to this series. Harvey Tarlibao does well with expressing the urgency and the point in this issue of Danger Girl. I think that the problem with some artist is that they don’t know how to convey what the writer wants through their art but Tarlibao does. Every panel is pure action and excitement.

Overall, I give this issue a 5 out of 5 for the way that it works and highlights each persons techniques.
