SDCC: Your Fanboy-Endorsed Guide to Friday

Comic-Con International 2012 - Preview Night

Comic-Con is now in full swing, and Thursday was a great way to kick off the huge pop culture convention. We had a Hunger Games panel where they showed off a new trailer and said goodbye to the franchise, as well as the Doctor Who panel screening a new trailer, and the Sherlock panel screening an extended clip of the upcoming Christmas special – lots of footage, basically.

Today will likely be lacking in footage, but it’s a big day for TV and comics, with panels for Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead and various Marvel panels going on, as well as the big dog – Lucasfilm! We at UTF know that it can be a headache navigating through the avalanche of news during this time of year, so we’ve come out from our slumber of squatting inside our abandoned NY office to pick some highlights of the day for you (you’re welcome).
