Warner Bros Officially Moving Forward With MAN OF STEEL Sequel

The most highly-anticipated movie of the year, Man of Steel, opens in cinemas across the globe this Friday and with tracking for a potentially huge $135m opening weekend, it’s no wonder Deadline has revealed that Warner Bros have brought writer David Goyer and director Zack Snyder back on board to begin prepping on a sequel. They go on to say that this will be the second part of a three-movie contract Goyer signed with the studio, including Man of Steel, it’s sequel and Justice League.

Sadly, it doesn’t seem like Christopher Nolan will be as involved – he’s got his own stuff to do and has said already he probably wouldn’t be as involved with DC much anymore. The first reviews for the movie rolled in this morning and it currently holds a 72% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes with 32 reviews (Iron Man 3 territory), not great but not terrible either.

What do you think? Would you like to see either Man of Steel 2 or Justice League first? Share your thoughts below.
