Henry Cavill Says JUSTICE LEAGUE MOVIE Won’t Be Any Time Soon

Don’t shoot the messenger (or assault his inbox with hundreds of annoying, whiny e-mails… yeah, sometimes you guys do that) but Henry Cavill has recently revealed that the JUSTICE LEAGUE movie probably won’t hit theatres anytime soon. In fact, the new Superman seems downright pessimistic, especially since the united DC Cinematic Universe has just recently begun.

“So, it won’t be right away, I hope it’s not anyway. It may take some time of building up other movies and other characters and introducing them together in one way or another. I think it would be great to do, but I don’t think it’s around the corner.”

I know I’m a bit biased as a Marvel diehard, but I’m simply not interested in a Wonder Woman, Aquaman, or Flash movie. Each of those superheroes lacks the “iconic” status of DC’s other heavy hitters (Superman, Batman, and Green Lantern) and they definitely don’t have the complex personalities that Marvel’s characters exhibit so well on the big screen.

I’d be more than happy with 10 more MAN OF STEEL sequels. Zack Snyder finally delivered proper action to the Superhero genre. Apologies to Iron Man, Batman, and the rest of the world’s do-gooders, but your fights scenes pale in comparison to MOS.
