I’m moving into a new home and I desperately need to find some decorations…but I also want to express my inner fanboy. After surfing the internet for days,  I came across the El Dorado of Nerdidty, the Mecca of Fanboy-dom, the Jerusalem of Super-Heroics. Lo’ and behold…Nerd Propaganda.

We are all familiar with the old war propaganda posters from WWII and The Cold War. Most of the best ones came from our own Allied Forces during the War to End All Wars, as well as the Soviets with their pro-communism artwork. Not great because I agree with them, even though I do become filled with patriot spirit from our own attempts to garner support and sell war bonds. But also because even with my fairly anti-communist views I can’t help but be inspired by some of the USSR’s propaganda. Something about the insistance and simplicity of the artwork that just calls upon that desire to become one with the cause, despite its views. Well, except for Nazi propaganda. That’s a bummer.
