Halo: Escalation #12 Review

Halo: Escalation has just gotten over the big mission but the time is short lived as a routine mission takes a turn for the worse. Read on to find out more.

“Exposure” part 2—Disaster looms as Spartans Ray and Thorne race against time to track down a mysterious new weapon of mass destruction. Duffy Boudreau (BlackAcreBloodshot) and Ricardo Sánchez (Green Arrow) bring you the stunning conclusion of another action-packed chapter of the Halo saga!

Halo is one of my favorite games and I wondered if a comic book 22712series could work but this series is so good and it just got a little bit better. The newest issue starts right where things were last issue. It seemed that everyone was going to get a little time off. However, that is not the case. Ray and Thorne have to go on a routine secret mission. I know that seems silly to say routine but it was suppose to be in and out without the problems that occur but they do some things that gets them into hot water. You will have to see what happens. There is. also, a moral dilemma that occurs but it isn’t super extensive but it is there in the back of your mind. I personally thought they made the right choice but you will have to see.

Duffy Boudreau does a great job as writer for this new/old arc. You will see what I mean this issue. It is very quick to show what is needed and the pace is really just on point.

Ricardo Sánchez is a really great artist and shows us so many different creatures and adds layers to the actual story.  There is, also, this new look to the world because it is new. It is really cool.

Halo: Escalation #12 is a great start to a new/old arc.
