Ahhhh, PlayMobil… the younger European cousin of those cute, interlocking yellow bricks known as LEGOs. The latter seems to be all the rage in the world of ‘Sweded’ movie trailers (as evidenced by this Dark Knight Rises clip), but PlayMobil isn’t one to be left out… even though they’re the far inferior toy. I know that might seem a bit blasphemous to our readers across the pond, but just hear me out. Can you build an Millennium Falcon in a PlayMobil kit? How about the BatCave? Not even the set from Indiana Jones? Well, that’s just disappointing (and a reason why they’re thoroughly ‘meh’).
But it’s not all bad. At least you can make some kick ass Game of Thrones themed animation from those toys, so I guess they’re not completely useless.
