XBOX ONE Playable At SDCC: Get Your Hands On With The Next Generation Of Gaming

I’m sure all of you gamers out there are desperate to spend some time with the next generation of consoles to see what all the fuss is about. Well any of you who are lucky enough to be heading to San Diego Comic Con will get the chance to go hands on with Microsoft’s Xbox One. The convention takes place between July 18th – 21st and the Xbox booth will have Killer Instinct, Ryse and “more” to play. Check out the full schedule below:

Here’s the schedule in full:

Xbox Booth #100 at the San Diego Convention Center
Hours:
Thursday, July 18 – Saturday, July 20: 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday, July 21: 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m

Xbox Lounge at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego
Manchester Ballroom, 1 Market Pl., San Diego, CA 92101
Hours:
Thursday, July 18 – Saturday, July 20: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday, July 21: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

In addition to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 games being shown at the Xbox Booth at the Convention Center, the Xbox Gaming Lounge located just down the street in the Grand Hyatt will also feature more than a dozen titles, including “Dead Rising 3,” “Halo: Spartan Assault,” and for the first time ever, hands-on demos of “Halo 4 Champions Bundle,” plus hands on with games from 2K Games, Capcom, Disney Interactive, Konami, Ubisoft and Warner Brothers Interactive. Don’t miss out on the rare opportunity to check out these great games all in one place.

If that’s not enough, there will also be two panels at the convention to wet your appetite. On July 18 at 11:45am PST there will be a panel titled ‘Inside the Looking Glass: Building Halo Worlds and Wonders, Past, Present and Future’ and the second will be later that day at 5pm and is called ‘Bringing the Roman Empire to Life on Xbox One: The Creation of Ryse: Son of Rome’. Both panels are one hour in length.

Microsoft sure did a poor job advertising the Xbox One to hardcore gamers when they first announced it but maybe once the cynics get their hands on the tech they’ll be singing a different tune. We’ll find out in just over a week, stay tuned for impressions.
