RAVEN Confirmed as Playable Character in Magical INJUSTICE Trailer!

Only a bit after we got that cool Doomsday gameplay trailer, GameTrailers has posted another gameplay trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us, this one focusing on the popular Teen Titans member, Raven, confirming her as a playable character. The trailer has Raven fighting Catwoman, and I must say, her move set seems pretty cool.

I’m glad that Raven will be playable; I like her, and she is popular, yet she never really seems to appear that much, outside of the Teen Titans cartoon. Plus, Injustice needs more magic-based characters in it’s roster. Her final smash attack, while not quite as cool as the one Doomsday has, is still pretty epic. Trigon, her demonic father, even appears to help her out!

Raven hasn’t appeared yet in the Injustice prequel comic, I believe, but I suppose that now it is only a matter of time.

Injustice: Gods Among Us will be released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U platforms on April 16. The gameplay is being handled by NetherRealm Studios (Mortal Kombat), and will have over 20 playable characters.

The more I see and hear about this game, the better it sounds. And the release date is only a month away. Start pre-ordering, guys.
