Microsoft Broadcasting The Mars Rover Landing To Your Xbox 360

For all you space fans out there, I’m sure you’re aware that the Mars rover, Curiosity, will be landing today at about 10:30pm PDT (6:30am GMT on Monday 6th August). What you might not be aware of is that Microsoft will be broadcasting the event directly to the Xbox 360.

On the main page of the 360 Dashboard there should be a Mars Rover section with tons of information about the rover and it’s construction as well as NASA TV’s live stream of Mission control at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory just before landing! Even more, there’s a Kinect Mars Rover simulator you can download and play in the meantime, snagging a couple of extra achievements.

Enjoy the show!
