Ex-Wife Throws Away Husband’s Star Wars Collection

You know what they say about a woman scorned, right? Well, this unfortunate son of a bitch had to learn about that proverb for the first time last week. After a particularly messy divorce, his ex-wife decided that the only way to achieve absolute retribution would be to discard all of her hubby’s most cherished Star Wars collectibles. And she did this the best way she knew how…by throwing the Galactic goodies in a bum-littered alley.

It all would have worked too, if it wasn’t for a group of meddling kids and their rotten dog, too. Well, that parts not exactly true, but it’s a lot better than how the story actually ends. Apparently, the husband happened upon his former wife in mid-crime and he was able to recover most of his treasures before the bums zoned in on it like a herd from Walking Dead. Here’s what he had to say:

There were about 10 black trash bags with carded figures stuffed into them 400-500 of them! Good thing the weather was cooperative and I was quick enough on the scene to detour the smokers in the alley.

But he wasn’t able to save everything and I’m sure somewhere there’s one very happy, lightsaber wielding vagrant roaming around the inner city streets.
