DC Nation Goes Tween

Cartoon Network’s DC Nation is off to a phenomenal start, featuring all of our favorite superheroes that we’ve all come to love… as well as a few new takes that are pretty amusing too. Well, Lauren Faust, best known for her Powerpuff Girls animation, has taken control of some very powerful DC vixens and the resulting cartoon is irreverently hilarious. Check out her short below, titled Super Best Friends Forever…

Admittedly, this is almost an exact clone of the Powerpuff Girls, but who care!?!? It’s funny and a nice respite from the male dominated animation that’s so heavily featured on DC Nation.
