Comics Journalism says MICHAEL C. HALL Wants To Be DAREDEVIL


Brought to you by UnleashTheFanboy’s “Rumor That Rumor” feature, today we look at the rumors surrounding Michael C. Hall of Dexter fame and the role of Daredevil on the upcoming Netflix TV series that Marvel has planned for the character.

Michael C. Hall is actually a fan favorite casting choice for Daredevil. Don’t ask us why, besides Hall’s stellar acting chops, he also had ginger hair and you know how comic book fans like to keep their characters “true” and “authentic”.

According to Vulture and other comics journalism sites, Michael C. Hall “expresses interest” in the Daredevil role. So let’s take a look at the quote:

“I’ve heard them, but I think that’s all they are — rumors. Don’t misunderstand, I would definitely consider it … but I can’t tell you any inside information, because I think they’re nothing but rumors. I really am enjoying mixing it up a little bit, and I’m committing to things that have a foreseeable end in sight when I start them, but I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of [a new series] happening at some point. But I’d have to read the script!”

The keyword in Hall’s speech: “rumors”.

I would definitely consider it.
