LOS ANGELES, NY – The Umbrella Corporation announced that it has filed with the Global Exchange and Securities Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock –  ($500,000,000) shares at $25per share. Shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 14, 2012, 2012 under the symbol “BLIFE.”
