ORPHAN BLACK’s Tatiana Maslany The Lastest To Be Targeted For Sarah Connor In TERMINATOR 5

Terminator 5 is currently casting it’s leads. Alan Taylor (Game of Thrones, Thor: The Dark World) has been linked as it’s director. However, Taylor won’t officially confirm his participation. This hasn’t stopped him, from telling outlets his ideas and respect for the original two films. We’ve already heard a couple of names that are in the mix for the leads roles according to sources. Actors linked for the new John Connor include Tom Hardy (Inception, Dark Knight Rises, Mad Max: Fury Road), Gerrett Hedlund (On The Road, Troy, Tron Legacy) and Boyd Holbrook. Ladies up for the role of Sarah Connor include Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones), Brie Larson (21 Jump Street) and Margot Robbie (Wolf of Wall Street). John’s time-travelling father is also reportedly coming back as well. Taylor Kitsch (Savages, Lone Survivor, John Carter) and Nicholas Hoult (X-Men Days of Future Past, X-Men First Class, Mad Max: Fury Road) have been linked for Kyle Reese. Along with a couple of hints that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be back too.

One more name is being mentioned for Sarah. According to THR, that name is Canadian actress Tatiana Maslany. The young actress is best known for her popular television series Orphan Black. I’d love to see this lady in the role. As she’s similar to the others in the running. Not being distractingly well known as a film actress. This next installment is expected to be the first in a new trilogy. Whoever is cast, will likely be expected to return for at least two sequels.
